I recently purchased an Expedition and the entire process was great. From the salesperson, Tony, to the General Manager to finance. Would definitely recommend this dealership!
They kept up with me all throughout my order. Dealership was efficient and professional. Not their problem but Ford needs to get their act together with quality assurance. Releasing brand new vehicles for public sale with “partial” recall fixes is not a fix and is a terrible way to keep customers.

I am 58 and have purchased 8 new vehicles from dealerships... 6 of them Fords. My recent F-150 purchase at Homer Skelton Ford in Millington Tn was far and away my best new vehicle purchase experience ever! I dealt with Randy Hart, the GM...and Jim Clark, the Fleet Manager. Homer Skelton in Millington didn’t have the Broncho I initially came into the dealership to see; however, they had several alternatives and I found a Broncho that was perfect. My sales person, David Freeman was knowledgeable and professional. They were easy and pleasant to deal with and my SUV arrived within a week. I would recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a Ford. I used other financing, but signing my final contracts was an easy and straightforward experience.
Tony was a wonderful salesperson We had a xxxx up after the sale, he went the extra mile to make sure it was resolved. The sales manager was quickly involved and the entire experience was pleasant . Things happen the sign of leadership is how is it handled. Well this was handled perfect. I have been sharing with family and friends if they need a vehicle this is the dealership to use !
