I went to Jordan to turn in my lease and went out with a new leased 2012 Toyota Corolla. I worked with Tia Battenberg, Tim, and Jessica to complete the transaction. All of them made sure I got the best deal for my money. Everyone is helpful, polite, thorough, knowledgeable and I highly recommend this dealership. I always had a positive experience with the service department too. I am so pleased that I am recommending them to my friends. I am enjoying my new car!

Jordan advertises their sales process as "stress free and easy." I didn't believe it until I experienced it. Our sales person, Shawndel Gordon, was friendly and efficient, asking good questions to determine our needs, and answering our questions honestly and completely. Jordan doesn't play games with the numbers like most car dealerships. They reveal all the taxes and fees that make up the total price and include finance options for 36-48-60 months all on one simple sheet. My wife and I came into the dealership with the idea of just looking for a new Ford Explorer and three days later drove off in a brand new Explorer. The sale person Shawndel Gorden was very helpful in accommodating our wants and needs. He was professional in getting our questions answered and made the entire process very enjoyable. I visited several dealerships in the South Bend/Mishawaka/Elkhart area and none can compete the crew at Jordan Ford. I really enjoyed their no-hassle way of selling cars and the way my salesman, Shawndel, treated me and explained all the benefits of the vehicle and the dealership. Better yet, their price was the best I found in the area. I am definitely looking forward to doing business with Jordan Ford and highly recommend them to all.

The buying experience was straight forward, easy, and hassle free just as Jordan advertises. It was so nice not to be worn out from haggling over the price for hours. I felt respected by the Jordan staff. They didn't try to talk me into purchasing goods or services that I didn't want. This is the way the buying experience should be. I highly recommend this dealership.

On May 31, 2011 I purchased a new Ford Fusion from Jordan Automotive. My sales person was Shawndell Gordon and the two "Dans" assisted with the financing process and instruction on the vehicle's options.
