The service reps are the best, and I am 71 years old and have seen many. They always make you feel good about bringing your car, or truck in my case, to have work done. It has always been done correctly, and any other problems or potential problems are brought to your attention. They always have good hot coffee and several of the days newspapers to read while you wait.

This is the second purchase we've made of a certified pre-owned Toyota from Jordan's in the past three years. You couldn't ask for a more easy process. We left our house at 3:00 PM to drive to Jordan's to purchase the car we'd previously picked out (it's a 50-mile round trip), and we were back home by 6:45 PM. They were very helpful working with the insurance company as it was not my insurer. They explained everything that was being done, called me when more work was needed, finished on time, and the work was excellent.

I have taken my new 2013 Ford C-Max to Jordans Service Department for a couple of minor items and they have been very accomodating. The work that I asked them to perform could have been preceived as an annoyance but they were very cordial and treated me with respect. Their facility and their personel were very proffesional and friendly. The service staff personel that I met, Steve, was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Jordans Service Department.

Best dealership I have ever been to for service. They are knowledgable and honest. If they don't know the answer they will tell let me find for you. Not just making an answer up as they go. I have 2 Prius' and they take very good care of my cars and me. I would tell anybody that asks me what dealership should they go to and I would always say Jordan Toyota. Keep up the good work Jordan service department and mechanics

Fair price and 'no pressure' sales made experience great. You can tell when service rather than commission is the main goal. Mike was easy to work with and had great follow up.

We purchased a 2013 Toyota Avalon Hybrid this week and are very happy with our experience. After looking at cars for about 2.5 years, we just couldn't find a car that had the combination of great looking exterior, luxurious interior with very pleasing cockpit design, great mpg and reasonable price. As it turns out, we just had to wait for the new Avalon to come on the market, because that car does the trick for everything we were looking for. Mike made getting into a new car a pleasure instead of a Mike made getting into a new car a pleasure instead of a chore. What impressed me most was his ability to find answers to all my questions by involving other team members. He also showed great initiative,suggesting alternatives when necessary,to sway me to do business with him and the Jordon Team. Also I enjoyed his friendly banter and he does make one feel very comfortable with his sincere effort to find a car and deal that was best for me-not best for him.
