All I wanted to do was consolidate my wife's State Farm policy and my SF policy to one agent, hers. We have been with State Farm for home, car, and personal items for over 51 years. We began with State Farm in Il. with car insurance in 1972 and homeowners since 1979. We moved to ** in 1991 and kept all our insurance with them. We have never had a homeowners claim until we had roof and wind damage occurring January 16, 2022, after the storm named IONA. Beware of this crooked company. I hit a deer a month ago. I still have not received payment for my totalled vehicle. They offered me $5,000 below market value and I had to hire an appraiser. They then settled with me and I still have not received my payment check. Not a good neighbor. I have been insured with State Farm for over 30 years. Not any more.

Worse than Terrible. No exaggeration. Pray you never have to deal with them. My wife was rear ended by a state darm customer and it has been an absolute nightmare. They never answer the phone, return calls. Then they try to rush and force you into a insulting settlement. If you can reach someone they ask you a question but fo not let you answer. They speak over you and never let you finish what you have to say. They show no sympathy and look at you as a extremely low dollar amount.

i was most recently in a car accident and found out the person who hit me has state farm and they are the worse company to ever do business with. can't create an account because the web site refuses to take my password or any password I use to get this claim taken care of. they don't know how to do anything right. I will never insure anything with this company and you get no where with them.

I cancelled my insurance almost 3 mo ago, I'd like to have my refund back, my insurance was paid for the whole year, I gave them a check the very first day, I didn't make them wait, but they don't mind me waiting, the reason I cancelled was because my insurance went up without them telling me and when I asked why, there answer is the same, "My insurance is going up, and so is yours and everyone else's" I agree with that, but you could have told me B4 you sent the bill to my mortgage company, I'm glad they didn't pay you, I w... read more

We have been a part of Ryan Klibert's office in **********, ** for 10+ years using them for auto, personal home, and rental homes. It pains me to write this review just based on the past 6 months, but I received such horrendous customer service and no response from his office, that this is my only avenue. Mid-2022, I noticed major differences in response time and guidance. I suffered a covered water damage loss in late October and immediately notified State Farm. In the interim, we had a water mitigation company come out to prevent more damage from occurring. To State Farm's credit, they paid the company for its work, but they appear to be stalling us in providing the resources to return our property to the condition prior to the loss.
