Just spend 4 months flighting to get paid for a claim from one of their insured damaging my property. In the end they are only paying $6,000 of $13,000 of damage. Glad I do not have State Farm for my own insurance and will never use them! Absolute horrible customer service. You cannot get ahold of an adjuster and always have to call in to a "team" so you never can talk to the same person twice.

The local branch was very nice. I have no complaints about them. But when we actual had an accident the was not our fault, we waited 2 months for them to do anything and we had to make any moves. They never reached out to us and accident was not our fault. This is a very immature company. They are not for the customer. Of you are just paying premiums sure they are great, but the moment you need them to work for you well their customer service people are still working from home and don't give a fly about the customer. Lost my home and auto insurance because I filed a claim., even though I was found not liable for the incident and state farm didn't pay out one penny they still wouldn't keep me as a customer after years of being a customer .. I suggest if you're looking for insurance look somewhere else

Do not waste your money with this Insurance Company, they will drop your insurance for a minor Home damage from a Winter storm, $600 claim.
State Farm is HORRIBLE!!! my home flooded from an upstairs toilet. State Farm said they'd find a contractor for me. State Farm called to ask when contractor would start work and I told them and State Farm Claims agent said a check would be sent out to them immediately!! This company is horrible!!! My son was involved in a crash where the female is covered under her daddy's policy. She caused a horrific accident, she was charged with the accident and received a ticket in the accident. She actually cut in front of my sons truck and struck another vehicle in the rear totaling that vehicle. In order not to kill this non-driving heifer, he swerved left hit a ditch and flipped his truck causing his truck to be a total loss. I have had a claim that has not been worked since Jan 2nd (the day I made the claim). Trees fell on my four wheeler, trailer and vehicle. I have been calling each day to my local Tyler office Thomas Perry and then to my claims person Jonathan Hill, neither have anything to tell me on my claim as of today Jan 31st. The insurance agent, Adina Williams, waited two months to visit the site where the water damage occurred. She then waited another 5 weeks to address anything and then another two weeks to do something. She refused to answer phone calls from us, the neighbors upstairs, the hoa manager, the company who filed a bill and both the neighbor's and our insurance companies. We had State Farm for all of our cars and house for ~30 years. We never had any major claims. Filed a claim for hail damage on our roof and fought with them for 5 months and ultimately was declined. They had a 3rd party engineer, paid by State Farm, come out and inspect and surprise, surprise he rejected that there was hail damage eventhough the houses on both sides of us had their roofs replaced due to hail damage...... they had State Farm for their insurance. I would not recommend State Farm ever!
