Was involved in an accident 1/16/2018. Now February 20, 2018 still waiting for payment on car that was totaled due to Their drivers Fault. Cancelled our rental car January 27th so have already had to buy a car to get to work. Still have not contacted us about medical bills and time missed from work due to the accident. Again, 100% their clients fault for accident. airbags deployed, citation given for running a stop sign. worst service I've ever seen from an insurance company

Claim number -Re: 55-2465-N02. I am so upset with the way that State Farm in Rancho Cordova, CA. Has handled our fire claim that it’s not even funny. Pretty much everything they have told us or given us to assist with getting our property fixed and to get us back into our house has been a big joke and totally wrong. We had a house fire on Dec. 25, 2017 at 10pm. We call the insurance company for assistance as we have never been in a situation like this before. StateFarm payless in Seattle Never before have I been treated so badly, was hit in my new 2018 Jeep by State Farm insured driver. I took time off work and got two quotes. State farm estimate was about $120.00 less than my quotes. Now State farm wants a supplement form from Auto body shop regarding the difference. I thought simple enough let’s do this thru email…. NOPE……. The auto body shop doesn’t work with State farm but their other location does, so they want to send my car to another location, they will complete the form ... read more

Today is Feb 13, 2018.... ON NOVEMBER 4 2017 I was hit head on in my brand new truck by a crack head with no insurance in another state. My truck was taken to one of State Farm's "preferred providers" for an estimate and repair. The truck was valued at over 40k so the estimate of 22k was nowhere near the 75% they said they needed to total it - EVEN THOUGH the frame was destroyed. I was told TWO WEEKS for repairs. Garbage insurance. Needed them 2x in 45 years..screwed royally the first time and the second time they didn't even bother to come out to see us to help out with storm damage. They just sent emails saying they wont pay anything...45 years of WASTED cash. Sad...switching insurance ASAP.

With over 20 years with State Farm and over 7 vehicles insured with them in that time frame we are now leaning due to what we see as extremely bad business practices and extreme lack of customer service. We made the mistake of getting on Auto pay. And as many horror stories go, it’s never a good idea to do this. Over the past 3 years with no accidents our rates have been going up up up. This review is specific to john santoro branch in lighthouse point. I wanted to put out a review to describe my experience with this State Farm location as a warning to others who are looking to possibly switch to State Farm for insurance coverage. I was covered by state farm for a while until I had an accident that left me unable to drive back in June of 2017. I cancelled my policy a couple months later and have not driven since. State Farm Insurance has taken it upon themselves to raise my boyfriends insurance just because I lived with him for a while. I have never driven his vehicles and never have I ever been on his insurance. I am extremely upset that he is being made pay for me when we are absolutely separate in our vehicles and insurance. When I bought a new vehicle we added it to my husband's State Farm policy, no problem. But shortly thereafter I moved to a different state to find a new home for us. When I transferred my policy to New Mexico I had one problem after another.
