I have been with this agent now for more than 20 years. I have never had an issue with anyone at this office and have stayed with them because of the wonderful customer service all of the staff at this location has provided me. I would refer anyone to them in a heartbeat. They have always been good for peace of mind and I have never worried about them not being there for me or my family. Kudos to an awesome agent and fantastic group of professionals.

This company completely ripped me off. We cancelled our insurance before our due day to go with another provider. They still took my monthly bill from my checking account which put me into a negative balance. They refuse to pay for any overdraft fees. I have yet to be credited back the amount that they took.

Absolutely horrible! I moved 4 months ago and changed from Oklahoma to New York and my policies are still in Oklahoma and I am paying renters insurance on an address I don’t live at and my current residence is not coved and they refuse to answer why or when it will be fixed!

My car was damaged by a person with state farm insurance. Instead of doing the right thing and fixing my car properly they are trying to low ball my repair work and tell me to use my insurance to cover the difference when the other driver was at fault. I have 4 other repair estimates showing the estimate they have is hundreds of dollars low and they don't want to work with me at all.

Hello. Today my local State Farm insurance agent called to inform me that as of Aug 20, State Farm underwriters will not renew auto policy as a result of 3 fender benders in the last 3 years. He did mention the possibly of moving my policy from “mutual” to “country” State Farm company at a much higher rate. Since 1983, I have been a loyal customer for both home / multi-auto. Guess loyalty only works when I pay State Farm money but State Farm does not have to pay me. There were no auto claims until recently. Since I am 68, th... read more

We chose State Farm for home insurance coverage of our property in Indiana. Previously, my mom and I have always had policies with the company because the the friendly customer service and ease of filing claims. In 2016, there was a wind, rain and hail storm that resulted in roof damage. We filed a claim and the process was easy and our agent was responsive. Fast forward to 2018, we relocated to New Jersey after selling our home. As we prepare the purchase a new home, I call state farm to get an home insurance quote only to ... read more

What terrible customer service. I was a customer for almost 2 decades. I finally cancelled march 23, 2018, because our rates got so exhorbinate. March 29, 2018, they took 409 dollars out of my checking account. Its now april 16th, 2018, and I have received one 52 dollar check in the mail so far. All they will say is, we are working on it, basically quit calling it will get done when it gets done.

Business response:

April 19, 2018 Better Business Bureau 112 Harrison Peoria, IL 61602 Re: James Reed (no case number provided) To Whom It May Concern: Thank you for the opportunity to reply to your correspondence dated April 16, 2018. While we cannot share specific details in this public response, our underwriting department contacted the complainant on April 19, 2018, to address the concerns, and we have reached a satisfactory resolution. I don't where to start high premiums even if you never have a accident or a single ticket they act like there doing you a favor with there fake every 3 years discount for not having a accident I pay a arm and a leg more than my car note each month for my vehicle which is dishonest I am now seeking new insurance companies and reviewing all of them first they raise my rate by 30 dollars because the claimed I moved to a different area in the same state lol dishonest not even 20 miles from where I lived before.
