Terrible company. Must have called 10 different days trying to speak to a manager. They tell me I can't but will leave a message to call me back. Never any call. Found me 20% negligent in an accident where their insured went through a stop sign and hit the back end of my vehicle. My 86 year old mother was just informed today that as of March 1st, she will be dropped by State Farm for her homeowners insurance. She has had her home insured through them for almost 50 years. They say it is because she has had 4 claims in the last 10 years. I guess the free money the got for the rest of the years didn't compensate. The claims were small and necessary. Liars and thieves. I have been a State Farm customer of some sort for 25 years. They will take your money and spend it all on advertising, but they will never pay a claim. My house was damaged in a hailstorm in August 2029, it's now February 2021 and I still have no resolution to my claim. I have fought the whole way and caught State Farm adjuster's and my agent in so many lies it's ridiculous. If you catch them in a lie, they change the story and blame the policy holder. Horrible agency! I've had 40 years of experience working with State Farm in various capacities and I can tell you the Bob Parent Agency has been the absolute worse to reach and deal with. When you call, you will never have a live person answer the phone; it's a menu you have to wade through and if you are lucky, they will call you back but don't count on it being the same day! Called 3 times within 30 seconds. Clearly I don't want to talk to you! I will not switch companies. Said it was because of spam calls. Yet you're spamming me. How crappy of a business practices to call over and over again.
As of February 6, 2021 State Farm Web page is still showing my home owners insurance payment past due in the amount of $2,947.59 and this was paid on January 29, 2021. I have talked to State Farm several times about this issue and no one seems to care about fixing the problem. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE! If you are looking for insurance I suggest you look elsewhere!
Never in my life have I been more disgusted with an insurance agency then with State Farm. I added a non daily driver, and they jacked up the rate by nearly $100. They also ran a credit check without permission. The ads about caring, all lies. They only care about stealing your money and not about helping you.

This review is based solely on the service received from the call center located in DuPont, WA. A family member was involved in an accident a week ago. I call the claim center to make sure everything is in order. I was fortunate to have Will helping me. He went above and beyond to assist me in a stressful time. I later received a call from his supervisor, Blair, and had a great conversation my experience. I'm grateful for both Will and Blair for the service they provided.
State Farm is the worst, their customer hit my son at a controlled intersection, and got a citation and fine of failing to yield, while making a right turn out of the gas station. We both have liability, but he hit my son, and the police report even shows the diagram of how he hit my son. My son called the police too. They are claiming that it's not their fault and they aren't going to pay. They also had two aggressive women claim they already had the police report, when I haven't even received it yet.
