Horrible ! I was involved in an accident by someone insured by this company. i was assigned a representative Erandi. The accident was on march 8th and i was given $500 for an initial PICTURE pocket estimate done on a mobile app. My car was brand new and since being hit from behind it jerks. My service rep and I have been trying to contact her and other member on her team and have gotten not a single call back. Please stay away from this insurance company They will pay a claim in full and you will have to hire an attorney and fight for months. There so many other good companies out there to choice from do not make the mistake I did.. Life lesson learned.....

Horrible customer service and cancels a plan without notification. I have receipts for payments, and my account was never past due. Yet they canceled my insurance two days after the auto withdrawal was to be pulled. I noticed it didn't so I paid online. Even with confirmation and receipts for payments, they canceled my coverage without notice. How is this legal?!

They used to be a good insurance company but over the years have gotten worse and worse. They recently closed my claim and issued me a check for 125 dollars for the loss of car parts stolen from my car including an engine, transmission, air conditioner, and the hood from my car. There is NO WAY that I can replace those items with 125 dollars, I was told that my deductable is 500 dollars, but even if I had the full 625 dollars that would not cover those items. Have been waiting 8 days to hear from someone about a claim. Every time I call I am told I will hear from someone the next day. Do not waste your time and money with State Farm they do not care about their customers.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! We hired a tree cutting service to cut down a tree and the tree landed on our home. We filed the claim the same day 4/5/2021. I, THE CUSTOMER, was the FIRST to make contact with State Farm since no one had followed up on the claim. I have called several times to my adjuster and the person managing the building claim and have received MINIMAL CONTACT. State Farm hires 3rd party adjusters to do homeowners insurance claims. They deny claims based off of no facts and also ask for evidence that debunks their claims and then refuse to review them. My house has been torn apart from ice damming for over two months and they are continuing to act in bad faith. Stay away from this company, they are not like a good neighbor. VERY POOR Customer Service! Tries to get out of Claims. NO Communication from State Farm! We have to Constantly call them. They Say they don't have the Documentation. Then they "FIND IT" We are SO Frustrated with State Farm!!!!

My wife and I purchased a home in *******in 2015/2016 timeframe and have been with Fred Hynes - State Farm for all of our insurance needs (multi-vehicle, home owners, etc.) this whole time. In 2018, a bad storm came through and ripped off shingles from a good portion of my roof. We submitted a claim and State Farm replaced our roof. In 2020, we had a downburst storm that snapped mine and multiple neighbors' privacy fences, rendering them useless. We submitted a claim.
