If i could give 0 stars i would. They dont even deserve to have 1 star. When i added my 16 year old to our policy, it was a nightmare. After3 months they still didn't have it correct. I had to deal with about 5 different people And the worse one to deal with was Andrew McConville. After about 2 months of having the same issues i got an email from him stating that the person i was dealing with had been fired and that he would be more than happy to help me. at 4:30ish on 11/14/2020 I called State Farm do discuss my policy and I was transferred to talk to guy who presented himself as James. He wouldn't stop interrupting me and was raising his voice at me. His exact words were "..listen..listen..LISTEN, IF YOU JUST LISTEN TO ME i can explain you...".Really? Would not recommend State Farm Insurance to anyone. I would rate them a -0-. We had a fire insurance claim. State Farm never reconstructed our home as the policy stated. State Farm just basically stated they were not responsible and washed their hands of the claim. They were very happy to accept our annual premiums but not helpful when we requested their help. My daughter was in a wreck. Her car was totaled. She was not hurt, thank goodness.They did a market evaluation to pay us out. One of the cars they compared to was hail damaged. The other they used a purchase price that was only good if you jumped through the dealership hoops and financed through them. But, they took off value of my car for some minor dings, but a car with major hail damage is ok. It was $1500-$2000 below nada value. They told me that is not how the value of a car is determined. State Farm is worse than my current insurance company. I was hit by an uninsured person with no drivers license who happened to be driving a car insured by State Farm. He ran a red light and hit my car. The police officers who arrived to the scene cited him as being at fault, as did my insurance company.
