i am not happy with the way i have been treated by agents that work for this company. My son was in an accident and the State Farm Claims Department have been the one's in charge of the claim. However, every time i have talked to an agent i am made to be felt like a criminal and i am not the person that caused the accident. Sure hope that site notifies me when it's not required to leave an underserved star. State Farm sure is an amazing insurance company, they collect payments on time every month for years, nothing like filing a claim and them wasting as much of my time humanly possible, it's not personal, just business I guess. To speak to 10+ people and finally speak to one that says "there is no note in here to speak to a manager". I had been a customer of State Farm for 17 plus years and never filed a claim. My car was hit while parked outside my house. I decided to get the ball rolling, I would start the claim with my own insurance thinking they would take care of me. After 43 days of waiting, going back and forth with rude claims specialists and being told lies, I was finally told my car was a total loss (after 43 days!) I have had Insurance with State Farm for years and have never filed a claim. Last year , I made my first claim ever regarding my stolen lap top . I was given a few hundred dollars towards a new laptop. When my Insurance came up for renewal, I was dropped !!!! I guess State a farm will give you Insurance , but you are never allowed to make a claim. If you do? They will drop you !! This should be against the law !

I would leave zero stars, if I could. A State Farm customer hit my parked car and didn't report it. I had to sit and look at HOURS of video to find out who did it. He wouldn't file the claim so I had to do it. I included the pictures, police report and everything. After they told me they just needed one more picture of measurement ground to damage, I took them and submitted them. On Wednesday, June 16, at 6:40 p.m., my son hit a pothole and flattened 2 of his tires. He called emergency roadside assistance, they told him that they would be there in 2 hours. To begin with, 2 hours on the side of the road is already excessive. As he waited and tried to find a place to get his tires repaired/ replaced, he checked back with emergency roadside assistance and they informed him that they would not be coming out. My family has used State Farm since my grandfather first got it so we've been with them a long time. Naturally I decided to use them for homeowners insurance for my first home. Beware, even if you file one claim, they will drop you. I also found out from another insurance company who is now receiving my business they have been overcharging me insurance for a single family home knowing it was a condo and the HOA covers the outside. Carol ******and her awesome staff Ms. Christy, Ms. Leslie, Ms. Darby and the others that I’ve had an experience with are amazing crew. They have always been very courteous since my Mother and I and family signed up for insurance with them. They always go out of their way to help. The customer service courtesy is phenomenal! They are very professional. They also are good at reminding us of upcoming payments by emails or courtesy calls. Thank you all for all you do.
Bad, really bad for you and not such a good neighbor! When it time to file a claim, you will be surprised that they will reduced your payout coverage and steal from you. Make it simple. They will replace half of a roof. Two 10 by 10 squares on my roof, Does that sound like full replacement? Hell No!
