Liars, dishonest, dragged claim out 7 months. Admitted that their departments are purposefully segregated to insure customers cannot get resolution if they have an issue with the way their claim is being handled. Was promised that my claim would be "expedited" due to the failure of their claims system which had me assigned to a claim officer that was no longer with the company. Worst insurance company! It is impossible to work with when you need them/file a claim. Customer service is rude, unprofessional. State Farm probably spent all their money on advertisements, because they are trying to avoid spending any pennies to do what they are supposed to do, which is helping their clients. Biggest insurance scam.

State Farm Insurance has been a Nightmare to work with. There support teams have all been friendly but nothing seemed to get done in a timely manner. My daughter got hit in a round-about and the other driver was sited but they still claimed a 90/10 Split. 90% them and 10 % us. Second the accident was about two and a half months ago and the car still hasn't been fixed. Reasons given is the couldn't get ahold of there insurance party. By far the worst customer service ever. A State Farm client hit my car and they accepted 50% liability. Even after their client offered to pay me cash on the scene. State Farm did not look at my vehicle, didn’t ask for photos or any information but expect me to accept 50% liability. The audacity! My name is Ron ******. I’ve been a StateFarm client for over 30 years living in the same house. I’ve maintained and taken care of my property myself with the help of local professionals and even had my roof replaced myself 14 years ago. I’ve never asked for help from StateFarm nor missed a single payment. Now, at 75, when I needed my roof taken care of the most, they denied me. This car insurance(State Farm) is only good of collecting your money and suck you dry. My car is in the shop for almost 2 months and still don't have estimate. FYI State Farm recommend me that shop, State Farm didn't do anything to help me with my claimed status when is my car finish the repair. State Farm: Always there when you need them; even if you hit someone, lie about it and are clearly at fault. They will deny the claim against you and keep your rates low.

As a roofing contractor, I can definitely tell you, at least in the last four months that state farm is not there to help the homeowner. I had a client, that even the independent field adjuster had 182 damaged shingles, way past the amount required to replace a whole roof. That's all they wanted to pay for. The field adjuster even quit that day, saying if they aren't going to help a homeowner than he'll take his business elsewhere. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERICE BY OWNER AND AGENTS! I have been chewed out by agent Dede ******on at least one occasion. Owner Chad Haynes called at that time and apologized but agent never apologized. I called last night after hours after looking in my app and not seeing a policy, I had come back to the company after leaving for three weeks.
