When I went here for a car I didn't know what I was looking for, but I got an excellent car with an excellent deal! The salesman that helped me when deciding on a vehicle was Todd Maxwell. I went in today for an oil change and to have my tires looked at, I had a few questions before going in and I gave Todd a call and he answered all my questions. I'm very thankful for his service and Joe Basil dealership!

I call the service department to schedule a oil change and to have android drive download into my gmc they told me they couldn't do it because it was a gmc but somehow west herr Chevrolet did it the the radio is the same in both the chev and gmc very poor customer service

I went in Saturday, Oct. 29 to price a lease on a 2017 Traverse. Diane Domogala was recommended by a friend as a good salesperson. We discussed all wheel drive and front wheel drive, and I decided to go with the front wheel drive. Diane at first priced the Traverse with a down payment, then returned to the sales manager to get me a price with no money down. She returned several minutes later, with what was a very good deal. I was in need of a more reliable vehicle and knew I would be up side down on my trade......turned out to be much more of a loss on my part....I should never made the deal and just walked out the door. They ended up selling me a used car at their list price.....never again....
I had a great experience at Joe basil Chevrolet! I leased a equinox. Bob Bell took very good care of me. I got the vehicle that I wanted and the price I needed to be at. He was honest and didn't try to get anything over on me. He said "one and done" I loved it I literally was there for maybe 1 1/2 hours The next day I was in my brand new car!
