Because of a mailer I came in to test drive a vehicle. The sales person suggested an Equinox and away we went.... After the test drive we decided to talk numbers. The sales person was great and after some back and forth with her and the sales manager we got to the number I wanted. When I said I would like to sleep on it that's when the mood changed. Zack was a amazing he didn't push he got us what we wanted. Zach put up with me calling..asking questions. Zack was great...i am so happy with our equinox. Worst buying experience in my life went to go pick up vehicle and sign papers they didn't have title so I had to wait a week and a half while I still signed everything and gave them money!! Picked up vehicle and they still had to come out to house 2x to sign stuff they forgot to have us signed!! Then I got car and there were a few problems the whole front fender was loose they said they couldn't duplicate problem but next day took to my friends collision shop no bolts on fenders had to pay to get fixed!!
