High pressure sales tactics. Long wait for service.

Basil has great service. Everyone is very friendly and efficient. My husband and i both bring our vehicles here for service. We also both purchased new vehicles this past year. Again, great service, great sales people. Questions are answered quickly and effectively. Our sales person was Diane, she is great at her job. Warm and friendly. No one makes you feel pressured.

I hate bringing my car in for any kind of service. Both times I've needed a shuttle I've had to wait over a half hour. This morning people who arrived after me were taken before me, now I'm late to work. All because they improperly installed parking sensors causing water to get into my trunk. Hopefully this is the last time I ever have to deal with this place.

RecommendedEasily the best vehicle purchasing experience I've had. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, especially my salesman John. I didn't feel pressured and he took the time and had the knowledge to answer all of my questions. He was able to help me narrow down my choices and in the end I left with the right car for me at a price I was happy with !! Excellent job !!

Most thing about Joe Basil Chevy are terrific. They drive a hard bargain but in the end, I got the Vehicle I wanted at my price. They even threw in a few things for nothing but it took a little effort on my part. I've been buying cars there for many years and I'm hoping to get to 20 and get the free one. I'm very happy with this dealership and will most likely but the rest of my Chevies there.
