They need to put sign up at there laser car wash saying what times it closes Went Saturday 12/31 and after waiting for over 25 min to get into wash the car wash just shut down at 2:40 waste of time and gas

Hi Ben, we apologize for the inconvenience, as we had a mechanical failure in the car wash which we were initially unaware of. We needed to temporarily shut it down to keep our customers and staff safe until proper repairs were made.

I purchased a used 2012 chevy equinox in 2014. Well now that I am having trouble with my car, it has been a nightmare. I called Tuesday night and asked to speak to the service department. I waited on hold for 26 straight minutes. Horrible customer service. To top it off, I found out basil never transferred my major guard warranty to my name. It's still in the prior owners name. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!

The service writer at the counter were very good. I felt very relax talking to them. When i return to pickup my car to my surprise my car was wash, I was treated like a first cousin. GOOD JOB and I'll be back...Thank you
