We're hitting up the BBB. They are the rudest sales, service and mangers I have ever witness. I'm glad I never bought anything from them, but seen how they treated their coustomers, just seen a young women crying after they sold her a shot SUV. SHAME ON YOU JOE BASIL.

Justine, Several of our managers have tried working with your daughter to come to mutually agreeable arrangements but unfortunately we are unable to see eye to eye with some of her demands.
Sales man Kevin zent in commercial truck department is great! Service and body shop are horrible. Had them spray my bed on a new truck, had it a week and a half and it's already peeling off. Most of the liner on the tail gate is off and found no evidence of any prep work done. Should have taken it to line x.

Have leased 2 vehicles from joe basil. First time the lease experience was fair. 2 nd time really should have walked away but needed a car. I absolutely hate the service department. The whole experience of the dealership is terrible. I will never buy or lease anything from joe basil again. I really wish I could get out of my lease now. I tell everyone I know to avoid any basil dealership but especially joe basil Chevy.

I will do everything in my power to make sure no one I know gives business to Joe Basil Chevy. I came in for their advertised lease pull ahead, but I decided to leave when they said I would have to pay out the remainder of my lease before getting in a new car. That's when the manager (Tim) came over and started using strong arm tactics to intimidate me into accepting the numbers he was proposing. I walked right out the door and over to West Herr Chevy where I received amazing service and the deal I was looking for!

I went to Basil to see what my options were to get out of my Equinox lease early. I still had another four months and was already over the miles. Sandy Vendetta assisted me and was able to quickly and efficiently get me into a 2017 Traverse LT the following day. She was upfront, honest and cut to the chase without playing any games. Purchased our 2nd car in 8 months here first time was great, mad at myself for comming back. Saleguy Was good manager was difficult. I was annoyed with the issues we already experiencing. Incorrect information, rental car, multiple trips back and forth but then to have the manger insinuate the issue was first me then the sales guy instead of helping the situation, made things worse. After all the cars we bought here in the past and the 2 in the last 8 months, unfortunately we will not be returning or recommending this dealer... read more
