Very disappointing experience. The used vehicles were priced way above the book value for retail/dealers and we spent a lot of time waiting around for the salesman to locate vehicles or find keys. The one vehicle we drove had an obvious engine tick that we were told was the fan. And, finally, the salesman insisted that a vehicle was 4WD, and it was not. Great experience. John Kramer took the time to answer all questions. Showed me the whole car, under the hood etc. A 2012 Chevy Malibu. He took care of all the paperwork, calling lenders and insurance agents. I didn't have to do anything. Super easy. Going to recommend to everybody.
