Will never buy another vehicle from this place. They not only played games when it came to my spare keys but when I purchased my vehicle I noticed the tints on the windows. I asked them several times if those tints were legal and every time they told me yes. A couple months later I was pulled over and ticketed by Amherst police due to my illegal tints on my windows!! I usually don't write reviews on Facebook but after the disastrous experience I had at Joe Basil Chevy today I feel it's necessary. I purchased a '14 mustang from Joe Bail Chevy in August 2015. I have recently noticed on several occasions that the check engine light comes on and flashes when driving on the thruway at higher speeds. The light flashes for approx 1 min and then goes away. I went to have service and other stuff done on my SUV they had it since Monday morning picked it up on Friday to find out that they didn't even do it and I found scratching on it very unhappy right now

I don't even know where to start with this post. I bought a used 2007 Lexus from this dealership back in August with the hopes that I was taking home a quality vehicle that had been thoroughly checked through before letting me drive it off of the lot.
