I purchased my 2013 Chevy Volt from Basil Chevrolet in December 2015. From my home in California, I called John Kramer to confirm the details I found online. Paul Hessel and the service department have been great to me. It's been a little bit of a Hassel figuring out what's up with my car. I picked it up tonight and got good news and hope that the issue has been solved. Cars can be a pain and the service staff especially Paul have helped in every way possible to get my vehicle fixed. After purchasing my car from another dealer ....what a joke ...I had to get a recall and a service done so I brought it here to Joe basil......well it was there for an oil change and they could not get the plug out cause previous dealer had it stripped and they told me the oil was changed when I bought it to date I have still not received call from fuccillo to rectify the matter thanks to mechanics and service at Joe basil problem fixed I was on my way
