NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!! Just drove almost 2 hours up to Joe Basil Chevrolet to look at a truck we were serious about buying. Got there just to find out that they had sold it the day before. Nobody had the decency to call us to let us know even though we had an appointment to look at that specific truck. Bad move Joe Basil Chevrolet, now you have lost our business forever.

Brought in vehicle and told service writer issue was with right side front bearing and harness that I replaced myself. You replaced the left side bearing for the second time in 15 months along with rear sway bar bushings. Next day, traction control light comes on and engages when making right turns. Brought vehicle back. Am told the right side harness is installed incorrectly, is missing rubber gasket. I asked why this hasn't, happened in the 2 + months since I replaced the harness, only since it was serviced at your dealers... read more
