We went to many Chevy dealerships in WNY and this was by far our favorite! Joe Latona was our salesman he was awesome.. he knew so much about the 2014 Silverado we bought, we were blown away!

Beware of Joe Basil Chevrolet we took our car in for the ignition switch recall work to be done, not because we were afraid to drive it, but because the key got stuck in the on position and the car wouldn't shut off. Five weeks later they called and said we needed a new battery before the recall work could be done. The battery was only 13 months old and went bad when they "shut" the car off. We were charged $202.00 for a new battery and they broke our Onstar antenna off! They are rude, unreasonable and unwilling to cooperate... read more
BEWARE the sales manager will pocket your referral money. I've been waiting on 2 referral checks for 15 months now after contacting the sales manager several times for it, and today I had him hang up on me because he couldn't resolve my problem.I will never purchase another truck or refer another person to this business again. Great way to do business Basil.
