Took truck in at 7am as requested for wiring harness for tow mirrors to be installed. They kept truck all day never touched it but charged me $125 to get my truck back

RecommendedBooked an appointment for oil change, some recalls and check out transmission shudder/hard shifting. All of that was noted at time of appointment. Show up and all techs are off so could only get an oil change unless I wanted to leave my truck for 4 days. Mike the service writer was awesome. The cashier had RBF and was beyond rude.
