They ALWAYS seem to mess things up. Customer service is great,but the actual service is extremely poor. After repairs, there's always something they didn't finish. I know many people that have went for repairs, the "repairs" seems to break a week later. Then they demand to pay another fee to look at it and repair again. Ripoff. They don't know how to run a business amymore. Sorry guys

this dealership is absolutely terrible. do not expect friendly service and do not expect to get body work done correctly the first time. i even tried to reach out to let management know how dissatisfied i was with my experience with them, and they never called back. #last time customer

Went in to see the deal on a chevrolet cruze ended up buy 1 and leasing another 1 the day after... They helped us the best they could and If anyone is going there to look at new cars or trucks I definitely recommend Nicky Salvatore.. she was awesome to work with and shes a great person.

Short story - liars and thieves they will lie right to your face and take your money
I took my car in for a inspection and they didnt want to pass the car because the wipers were bad . They guy next to me they pass his car with bad driver side wheel bearings 2 bad front sway arms link . The funny part is went to good year and the car pass without promble I swear I guess the felt that just because im Hispanic Im stupid and will belive anything without another shop taking a look . My Mom just purchased a 2015 Equinox. OnStar wouldn't work before she drove it out of the lot - her Sales woman said it must be having reception problems and told her to drive around the parking lot. It still didn't work. My Mom didn't want to spend anymore time there because she had already spent 3 hours there, so she left with her new vehicle. The only reason its 2 stars and not 1 is because of the wining and dining they do to get you to buy. After that it is hell to get what you have paid for. Read my other comment i posted to the page.
