He was kind, he was considerate, he knew we wanted that Trax and he made it happen. We decided he looks like Patrick Mahomes and he was pretty funny about that!! We even showed him a picture of Pat when he was with other customers and we all got a good laugh!! Keep him, because he'll make you guys LOTS of money!
