Joe Basil has the worst customer service around. Their service people messed up my car and won't take responsibility for it. When me and my fiance bought a car from there they burned a hole in my leather when they put my hot license plate on the seat. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. There are much better car dealerships and service centers. BE AWARE, THEY ARE FRAUDULENT. I will be reporting them to the BBB. Thanks for nothing Joe Basil.

Had a great experience with John Kramer in finding a new car! He was patient as I tested different vehicles and made this stressful process very easy! Highly recommend John! Also had great experience with all the workers here! Greeted every time I walked through the door.
Don't buy a car from Jim basil our salesman was showing me a car put a $500 deposit down on it found a better deal somewhere else was told I wasted four hours of his time so I can wait till he's good and ready to give me my money back.Also asked where my plates were because my car was totaled and they had my plates he wouldn't tell me
