Just purchased a vehicle from Joe Basil and I have to say, the whole experience was much more convenient than I expected. They even made sure I had snacks and drinks while I waited to get financed. Todd was great and had a great sense of humor. He worked really hard to get me in the suv I wanted and within my budget. I will definitely shop with Joe Basil again and recommend to others! Thanks a bunch!

I have no idea where to even begin with this review. My husband and I both need new(er) cars for a growing family. We saw a specific SUV online there so we went to test drive it. My husband liked it enough to go back another night to pick it up. Mind you my husband took a 1/2 day off of work to do this. They took the plates and everything off of my husbands truck for him to sit there for THREE hours not being told what was going on. I got my equinox here and love it they were really great to me and helping me get the exact car that I wanted I will most definitely be getting my next car here maybe next time it will be a truck lol

Disappointed in Joe Basil. I have bought 3 cars from them and went for my 4th car this week. Met with a sales agent on Monday and couldn't come to an agreement on a payment. Then a sales manager calls me Tuesday and asks me to come in bc he will do everything to get me into a new car in my price range. So we go there Tuesday night fill out paperwork and they say they will call us Wednesday. After I called and emailed my sales rep several times I got nothing bc he was in training. I just purchased 2 SUVs from them over the last two days and it was an experience. There were ups and downs with the whole process, but that's car buying in general. They not only were able to meet all our needs but treated us so wonderful. The 2 salesmen we worked with were amazing and the finance team were better then I could have hoped for. I would recommend Joe Basil Chevrolet to anyone( I just sent a friend there the day I picked up our second suv and she bought one from them)

Taking my business somewhere else. Order a truck in August of 2015 and for months I hear nothing. I'm told a couple of times it has to get "reordered". All this time plenty of dealerships had trucks on their lots that I could have bought, but I stayed loyal and stayed patient. When the truck finally comes in (9 months later) I'm told I have to come pick it up in two days or the price goes up! What an insult after waiting 9 months and purchasing over 5 vehicles from the dealership in the last two years!
