Rob Lucas was so great! He helped my 80 year old mom find the perfect car! We are a Basil family. They never let us down!! Joe Basil himself even stopped by our table and spoke to us for about 20 minutes. Best popcorn/snack bar ever, too!

When I arrived at Joe Basil I had an appointment and the sales person had a general idea of what I wanted. All of my wants were fulfilled and the price was negotiated successfully! I feel I received a fair deal for what the situation I was in! Excellent choice. I'm very happy!

Frustrated with Joe Basil Chevrolet service department. Went for my complimentary oil change and tire rotation just to get home and find out that the tech never put my wheel lock key back in my truck. So had to waste an extra hour of my time to drive back to the dealership to get the wheel lock key. Would of been stuck if I had gotten a flat. NOT TO MENTION THAT THEY HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME 4 TIMES and the guy tells me we can keep it here til next time you come... (Think about it... I need that key in case of a flat... Not t... read more
RecommendedI was just in to have my oil changed. Took about an hour as the tires where getting rotated and they ran it through the car wash. All went well but the chairs in the waiting room are hard to sleep in. Could use some recliners. Pop corn machine was down to crumbs and nobody made any new stuff. I got to watch TV and people where very friendly.
Buyer beware. I bought a 1 year old $30k used truck from this dealership. I noticed 2 weeks after I bought the truck that the tires were badly worn. They refused to replace the tires for me. Now I am wondering what else they did not fix before I bought it. Go somewhere else.

Hi Robert, Our standard for tires on pre-owned vehicles is at least half life, the tires on your vehicle met that standard. We spoke with our Resale Director and he stated that he did offer to replace two of the tires as an effort to resolve your concern.
We had a great experience. They were very helpful and accommodating. They were also very knowledgeable and helped us find a great car that works for our family. I would definitely go back and recommend them to friends!

My husband and I started buying cars from basil when we got married 7 years ago. Almost 2 years ago we switched from fords to Chevys but have always decided to stick with basil. We are always treated great and fairly. We go back because we know we're getting a great deal and are going to engage with great people. When I came into this dealership I really had no idea what I was looking for, all I knew was I needed something by that weekend to get me back and forth from work.
