As someone who's been in customer service for many years, this dealership has much work to do in this department. Better communication, better follow-up, better listening skills and empathy are sorely needed. Stop pretending to care. Very insulting. Still waiting on my replacement cargo mat for my vehicle, since it was the wrong size.

The worst dealership in town. They advertise "engines for life", but it's more like sign a piece of paper and authorize us to teardown your engine EVERY time you have an issue. The first time my timing chain cover went and they wouldn't fix it even though it's clearly stated that it was covered. It took complaints filed for them to call me and say we'll fix it. Now I took it in, they advised me I have an internal engine problem and refuse to fix it again without signing a teardown fee. (which is over $500). I'm glad I drove ... read more

I went there for service on my vehicle. They are too quick to charge fees for service work. $79.95 to scan my computer for code...really? I could of got the code myself and gave it to them and then the service advisor told me this long story. Also I went there originally for my struts which both of them are leaking, they charged me $39.95 to say "yes they are leaking and need to be replaced and the extended warranty will not cover it". Really, the warranty covered stereo speakers, but not struts. What a joke! Why did I pay $... read more
Left my car all day for some recall work and inspection. Staff was courteous and work was performed without surprises. Quote for additional work was ridiculously steep.
