I took my 2 year old leased vehicle to Joe Basil this morning for an inspection. As I was waiting in the waiting room, an employee came in to talk to me about recommended maintenance that would cost $145.00! I was fuming that they would even try to rip me off! So, my vehicle passed inspection but they want to do needless maintenance on it just to take my hard earned money?!? Of course I said NO. However, I lost respect for this dealership and don't trust them anymore. �

We always fully look over each vehicle for potential maintenance or hazards that are either an issue now or down the road. We are just looking our for your best interest! And of course, we do always let you know and ask before the work is actually performed.
All of our cars have been purchased from Basil Chevrolet except my 2013 Challenger. I chose Basil Kwik Oil Change to inspect, rotate tires and change the oil in this car. Friendly technicians and finished right on time. I knew I'd get the same great service that I get at the dealership. Thanks.
Appt was easy, service was prompt and personnel were courteous.
