Needed an inspection, didn't have an appointment but they took me in anyway with no complaints. Was done within an hour. Excellent service. Will be bringing all my service needs in the future to your dealership. I guess I should also point out that my son works here (technician), and for that reason I will also bring my service needs to Basil Chevy.

Got a Complete Detail for my truck, worst detail job I’ve ever seen. They told me 3-3.5 hours, it was finally ready 5!!! Hours later. Showed up and there were black scuff marks on the seats. Dirt still in the cup holders. They had to bring it back in. Very disappointing, will never return to Joe Basil.

Just got new tires put on and was super happy with the service. Dennis at the quick lube location was super great took the time to check into a few things on my vehicle, was very helpful. Mike the parts manager really helped me out a lot by researching the best tires for my vehicle so that I would be safe in the snow. I recommend Joe Basil Chevrolet for any of my friends and family!
