Service Department is the worst I’ve ever had! Terry made appointments twice to get bed cover on and both times parts not in or wrong parts! We live about a hour and half away. Also says takes about 2-2.5 hours, has taken 4-5 both visits. It doesn’t matter to him or the Manager that it’s inconvenient for us or takes all day to get serviced.
