it started out not too good. the car i went to see wasn't there. they promptly got it back to the showroom and i made the purchase. My car has been there numerous of times for the same issue. called today and was transferred 3 times, got on the phone with the lady who schedules appointments and she advised me I would have to pay a diagnostic fee even though I'm having the same problem as before. Says she only sees that I came once but have been in 3 times. I have bought 4 cars from there in 8 years and will never and i mean never buy another vehicle from there. I called a week before to make appointment to service car for sensor problem and oil change. Dropped off on Friday morning driving into service area where tech came out to ask what I was having done. As he took down car information, I went into service desk, where 4 tech were sitting, none acknowledging me or telling me which workstation to wait at.
