My boss bought a Chrysler 300 from here one week ago and the car is not drivable they refused to fix any issues with the vehicle I would not recommend to anyone to buy a car from this place ever bad review they get they delete and block you !!!

Wasn't impressed with service dept. I will give that the truck I bought from them is a Ford. Shaking and difficulty engaging my 4wheel drive while driving, '4 on the fly'. The result was explained that the mechanic was able to engage it during a full stop or when parked. He had trouble engaging it while driving. My response, "correct that's the problem I stated." Everyone is always helpful. Great customer service. Very respectful... I had issues with my new lease but they handled it professionally, and helped me with whatever I needed. They gave me some real nice rental trucks to use while the issues were being addressed. I would recommend Basil to my family and friends...
