They rotated the tires, charged me $28, afterwards the steering wheel kept vibrating. Took it back, they put tires back in their original places. I asked for refund of tire rotation, they claimed it only cost $1.99 and gave me card for free oil change. They should have refunded the $28.
This was my second good experience purchasing a new vehicle at Joe Basil Chevrolet. Ricardo and the sales team were helpful, courteous and easy to work with.

I took my vehicle in for an oil change. I was greeted professionally. The work was completed in a timely fashion. Never have I had a problem with this company, I personally would recommend Joe Basil service.
