I took my 2015 Suburban here for routine maintenance and brake recall work. 3 months later my brakes were leaking brake fluid from a recalled part. Jay the service writer lied to me saying it was leaking only inside booster when it was clearly leaking outside. He would say things like “well you have 100k miles you should just buy a new car”.
