RecommendedUsually I have excellent service at Basil. I went to their quick lube outfit for an inspection and oil change and tire rotation.I was no happy despite an appointment it was a 2 hr job so I had to make arrangements to get a ride .

Joe Basil Chevrolet and all the Basil dealerships are excellent. They did an inspection , rotated tires, interior and exterior detailing in a shorter period of time than I expected and the work was excellent. Living in Tonawanda now I will drive to Lancaster past many Chevy dealerships for their excellent work and personal service,

I went to this shop only because they are a GEICO shop, to get my GMC Acadia repairers after a collision. Within days of getting the car back from them, my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree with warning lights so I took it back. However, the warning lights went off and they couldn’t reproduce the problem, so nothing was fixed. I has some collision work done..nothing serious little dent.. car was done in 2 days..I was impressed..asked for them to detail the inside of the car. Something of course I paid extra for..great job..looks and smells brand new.. I don't know if I'm more excited that the dent is gone or that the inside is so clean!!! Thanks for a job well done!!!
