I’ve had electrical issues since I bought my 2015 truck especially with my radio. Had it in for service numerous times but they couldn’t or wouldn’t fix it, possibly due to the cost. This is my last Chevrolet vehicle and I will never buy from Basil again. Never had these issues with my 13 year old Chevy that I traded in and the reason I chose to buy another. This has turned out to be a poor choice on my part. All I ever wanted was the truck fixed. Now I can’t wait to pay it off, sell it and buy anything but another Chevrolet... read more

We have purchased several cars from this location ...but going forward we will most likely use another dealership. The customer service in the service dept is awful. I have a Camaro that i purchased from this location and my front license plate fell off. I had to go through the trouble of going to the DMV for new plates, and I was charged for not only a new bracket but the labor to install it.
