I just bought a car from Advantage Chevrolet Bolingbrook and everything was smooth sailing. I picked the car out Brian was super nice and helpful during the process and when we made a deal he sent me over to Ryan who was also incredibly helpful finding me the best options and explaining everything and making the process understandable. You are just a sale for them, Greenwood will not back the products they sell. I have a car that has issue 2 months old 1400 miles. Car wobbles/shakes violently when hitting 30 mph. Greenwood says it’s GM issue. GM and Greenwood do not care about customer at all! Unless you have a rental vehicle then they will call you to get it back.
Just bought a Yukon from AV Chevrolet today. Excellent deal, great customer service, very knowledgeable, great people. I highly recommend them if your in the market for a vehicle. Jorge Sauceda the Internet Sales Manager was absolutely, "The Best". When we got into Finance, Jason Beaini had all the paperwork ready, explained everything we were signing very clearly, and had some great stories to tell. Excellent experience. 5 star rating for the dealership and the employees we interacted with.

I was given a price over the internet for cost/month on a vehicle. There were mistakes made in calculations and in my opinion, not enough was done to make up for the mistake. The salesman was very helpful, but felt as though the sales manager was not fair with us.

They took great care of my 2016 Corvette Z-06 while at their Dealership. This is the first dealership to fix all issue under warranty without blowing it off and not saying its not covered under warranty. David Holland was my Service Advisor and kept me up to date with my car’s progress. I highly recommend Bachman Chevrolet.
