I wish there was an I guess button. our sales rep was so nice but he lied about a few things. he knew our situation and told us one thing but the finance department told us another. I was told they needed the day to make sure the the car was in tip top shape. it was filthy in the inside. it was not detailed at all. I asked if something was covered under warranty and the financial lady said " haha oh no. that is all your problem" It could have been better.

I’m from Ohio and was working in the area when I noticed my truck was riding a little rough. I just had a flat tire on the front passenger side the day before, so I wasn’t sure what was the issue. When I pulled over and seen that I now had a flat tire on the back passenger side, I wasn’t to sure what to do, being I only had 1 spare tire. I pulled into Basil at 5:30 and the guys did what they could to help me. They gave me a couple options and we agreed on 4 new tires. They had me back on the road in about 1 hour. I received a free oil change from Basil because I had to wait 2+ hours for a change and an inspection on a 2 year old car which I had made an appointment for. I was undeniably happy about the free oil change. However, I had also asked for them to fill up my tires. Upon leaving I notice my tires were still significantly low and they didn’t fill my windshield wiper fluid (which other places do without requesting). Unsure if I will use them again and if I do it’s because it’s a hop skip and jump from my house.
