I was greeted courteously upon entering the building, attended to within a minute and had everything explained and an eta on the service to be performed within minutes. The seating area was clean and uncluttered and the coffee was fresh at 4:15pm. The work was completed as promised with an explanation of the next service. I could not be more satisfied with my visit - well done Basil team.
