Great experience buying my new Equinox and working with Buck to get the deal done. The only issue I would bring up, and I know it happens everywhere at every dealership, but there has to be a way to streamline the process on day of delivery. Was at the dealership almost an hour and 45 minutes waiting to sign paperwork. On delivery day, people just want a quick stop at the dealership so they can go out and enjoy their new vehicle. Other than that, Thanks Buck and the staff for your service!

Staff was very polite/courteous. Our sales person was also polite & as accommodating as possible. Nicole, my apologies as I forgot her role was very accommodating and easy to talk to. My vehicle is very nice & I love driving it
