shopped on line for a new lease, since mine was totaled in a accident. decided to go to joe basil and am so glad i did. they not only have guaranteed pricing, they treat you with compassion and respect . BOB BELL has been there for many years and having him as my sales person i see why. tom barrett, dan meyer in finance took the time giving me all my options that were afforadable without being pushy.ended up getting a safe affordable car. I would highly recommend joe basil chevy.

My son has had his low tire light come on twice in a year. drives on it for a month or two then makes an appointment to get it looked at. Low and behold he is told the leak is to close to the area on the tire wall to repair and needs a new tire. During the time he is driving before the appointment he has no problems but takes it to Basil because it’s a new car and doesn’t want to get stuck with a flat. I recently had my car serviced at Basil and as usual I had excellent service and great customer service staff to work with at my visit. The work was done in a timely fashion with all my questions answered and car was checked over and washed. Great experience!

The second time in 8 months I’ve had to buy a new tire for my car. I bought the car back in May 2017 and had no problems until around Christmas, when my tire started having a slow drop in pressure. I brought it up to have it looked at, as well as a tire rotation and an oil change. Apparently there was a tiny nail too close to the wall to be plugged and I had to buy a new tire. I went to Basil yesterday, after having brake work done on my truck out of town. There were things that were not done and caused problems with the new brakes and rotors, Basil checked out the problem and had a solution to the problem right away and fixed the problem. 5 start to the Chevy team at Basil Chevy
