Called about a truck last night talked to Chris and told him we wanted to come drive it this morning from over an hour away .... talked to him at 8:10 am that we were gonna be on our way soon it’s not till 9:40 when we are almost there that he calls to tell us it was sold last night. Scheduled an oil change appointment with the service department for 10:30 and ended up sitting at the dealership for 3 hours, it’s been about 3 days and I’ve been getting “Add Engine Oil” notifications everyday since the appointment. I thought it might’ve been an error, so I called to ask about the issue and was instructed to bring my truck back. I’m currently taking my vehicle back for them to check the oil level when it should’ve been done correctly at the appointment.
