The girl who took care of my appointment was terrific. She was very friendly. I waited approximately 55 minutes for my inspection. It seemed a bit too long. I think people should be told how long an appointment will take. Also it was quite chilly in the waiting room.

Yesterday, I had some repair work done on my 2015 Impala LTZ, due to an electrical component failure at 29,000 miles. While technically out of warranty, (42 mos.) Joe Basil Service Manager Doug Bradford contacted GM and had the parts replaced, charging me with only a deductible for labor. I took advantage of their shuttle service, veteran discount and free car wash. Joe Basil, has always has customer satisfaction as their priority!
