Thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback. Unfortunately my last two experiences were not so great. When I purchased my vehicle, I chose the protection plan which covers oil changes. The last 2 or three times that I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, I was told that I had to pay because the system didn't show that I had the protection plan. My wife had to go to the finance department to get proof that I had protection plan. I would understand if this happened only once, but for this to happen on multiple occasions... read more

It was the smoothest car buying experience we have ever had. A few weeks later we noticed water on the passenger floor board. We contacted JGC and I was connected with David in services. I bought 2 brand new cars from Frederick in 2020.I traded in 2 cars when I bought my the new cars.When I traded in the the one car Frederick never transferred it out of my name.I started receiving traffic violation and empound fees from Maryland.I have been dealing with Maryland Police,PennDot,Notaries.I have called lawyers for help now going to the BBB.I bought my cars in May started receiving fines from the car I traded in September.I called Frederick the blamed Harrisburg.
