I went to the express service center for an oil change and to have a blinker bulb replaced. I knew that I needed new tires - the service tech offered me tires that were in promotion and I ended up purchasing them. The transaction was smooth and they didn't try to "upsell" me on things I didn't need. Only wish they took appointments with the option of walk ins rather than walk in only. Went in to replace a faulty emissions tube, oil change, tires rotated. Fast. And they even washed the car.
