Had car in for an oil change, staff was very courteous. Didn’t have an appointment, could either wait or take shuttle home. Took shuttle and picked car up later. Was washed and ready when I got there. Highly recommended

They take forever to return calls if they ever do and their oil changes are VERY overpriced but I am stuck going there because of my warrenty...65.00 for an oil change...ridiculous even if the 4th is free....

Terrible customer service. My salesman nick knew nothing about the vehicle. I’ve had the truck in for multiple things wrong with it. It still leaks oil, and I paid $16,500 for it. Great job joe basil Chevrolet. The service department sucks. They told me that nothing is covered under warranty. Don’t go there if your looking for a vehicle.
