Great customer service. I’ve been to multiple dealers during my car search but Russ at Joe Basil was the only one to ask “what can I do to earn your business?” West Herr, Northtown, nor Transitowne were willing to negotiate. Russ came through with the monthly payment that I wanted and I walked away in a brand new 2018 Equinox. I’d recommend them to everyone.
This is my 2nd car that i got from Joe Basil! My salesman Bill Kreher was great! Got me everything I asked for! I will go back to Basil again!

I leased a 2018 Silverado last Thursday. Side running boards were in the deal. When I picked up they weren’t on and I was told they needed to be ordered. I have yet to get an update. I’ve left messages and have been transferred amongst many departments. I guess I’ll have to show up.

These guys do great work in a timely manner. Easy place to take kids with a tv, free drinks and snacks. Never try to sell you something you don't need! Great place!
