A few days ago, I went into Joe Basil Chevrolet to look at the equinox with my friend. We have both been driving our small sedans for over 7 years and finally wanted to upgrade to a bigger car that would drive well in the snow. After having some issues with our 2013 Equinox with very high mileage we decided to trade-in and get a 2018 Equinox.....working with Bruce and Zach was wonderful and just picked up the new one today and couldn't be happier.....customer for life!!

I just want to give a shout out to basil Chevy on Transit in Cheektowaga today for the exceptional service they provided me...My appt was for 11am and I was out of there a little after an hour. Had a major accident with my vehicle. It was towed to Basil because I knew it would be fixed properly. It took a while but I got it back yesterday. It rides like it's brand new. I am so happy. Thank you to the body shop.

It was a very slow process once we made an agreement until the time we met with the finane team. We had asked if we could go get some lunch while waiting for the finance guy to see us and then come back, but instead were stalled for 90 minutes. It was obvious they did not want us to leave and return. The whole process from start to finish was about 4 hours! Everone was very nice and facility is very customer friendly.
