Love this sauna! It arrived on time and was so easy to put together. It is such a soothing thing in the middle of winter in Montana! Wouldn't trade it for the world!
Purchased 2 person sauna. Easy to build and easy on the electric bill. Great investment for ones better health

I love my joyous 2 person sauna. I regret not ordering the bulb, but it's on its way now. Make sure to request a delivery truck with lift if you need one - my husband at 65 so we needed the lift, just ask and JNH will ok. Our delivery guy was fantastic! Package arrived in great condition-packed very well. Small blemish in the front door glass, but not from delivery - but it's tiny so no biggie. I look forward to healthy years to come. Love it! I purchased the Joyous 3 person sauna. It arrived in good condition from the shipping company and the delivery was painless. There are a few cosmetic conditions from packing or manufacturing... including 3 scrape marks/rough edges around the seat and a large black half circle which looks like a burn mark on the flooring piece. It would be nice if the front was in multiple pieces. That one piece with all the glass is pretty heavy, especially when you have to take it up a flight of stairs. I replaced another sauna I had with the Joyous 2 person sauna and I am thrilled that I did. This unit is easy to assemble, heats up quickly and exceeded what I expected. I am sure other saunas out there may be close in quality but what impressed me was their customer service. No run around, very helpful, and actually a pleasure to deal with. Incidentally, I called customer service, not because of a problem with the unit but because I had thrown my paperwork away and needed a new warranty card.
I purchased a 1 person sauna a few weeks ago (Ensi brand) and love it. I have already begun to feel the health benefits. I recommend this high quality product for anyone who is in the market
