This is a wonderful sauna.We have had ours for over a year and enjoy many happy hours. I had to phone customer service because of our control panel.They shipped a new one out immediately(thanks Shelby !!). Their personnel are pleasant,caring and efficient. What a GREAT COMPANY .....LOVE YOU GUYS !!
When we decided to purchase a sauna, we did a lot of searching for just the right one and found the JNH Lifestyles company to have the biggest selection and best prices. The best part is that from the time of order through HomeDepot website to the delivery and warranty registration it has been an even more pleasurable event than the actual sauna. I was a wonderful experience, and that sauna is great. NO SWEAT!!

Make sure you read the fine print about delivery... Just got off the phone with them telling me I have to get my Sauna off the truck. Yes, "Free Delivery" only means they back a truck up to the curb and YOU have to get it off the truck. Unbelievable. I got a call from the shipper a week ago asking me if I had a forklift.... Worried me a bit, but I thought they'd sort it out... Nope. Shop around... You might find a better deal that when they say they deliver it, they take it off the truck. NOT HAPPY. I have been in the Sauna 1-2 times daily since receiving the item. Its the best value anywhere for this time of product. I feel healthier and rejuvenated. And the custom service team is unbelievably helpful and sweet. Way to go JNH !!!
Great purchase so far. Very easy to assemble and works great. Shipped on a pallet with panels standing up, well packaged. Love using my JNH Sauna everyday. Sauna itself is a bargain.
As a former employee of JNH Lifestyles, I don't recommend anyone purchasing from this company. The work environment is a hazard to all who step in the building. They pay their employees poorly and require them to lift 100 pound plus boxes without help. They over fill the warehouse to the point that associates have to walk on the product just to get around. No wonder people are getting damaged products. If someone gets hurt, it's no skin off their back. They only hire Temps so injuries are handled by letting the person go. Th... read more
