Set up was very easy, and we are very happy. It took a while for the delivery to go through, but once it did, it got the job done! We need a light bulb to set the mood but otherwise great!
Quality product and very easy to assemble. The windows are especially nice in that you have an open feeling despite the small space of a sauna. Definitely get the backrest at the same time.
This product was received very quickly and packaged well. Two people easily set up the sauna with minimal steps. The customer service both before and after the purchase has been fantastic. The instruction manual was clear and easy to follow. I would definitely recommend this sauna to anyone.

I have a bad back and heat makes it a lot better. so, I bought this little room. delivery was great. shipping company was great.they called me to set up delivery and called me day of delivery when they were on their way. set up took about two hours{only cause I had a beer between steps} and you plug it in and it works great. I set it about 125 and set the timer for 30 minutes. after that your drained. great buy at a great price. thank you jnh.

When my doctor recommended an infrared sauna, he bragged about how great of a deal he'd received when purchasing his own as a leftover remnant from a home & bath expo. That feedback caused me to think that I'd have to spend quite a bit if I purchased new, so I was delighted to find this unit for under $1K. I've used it almost every day since we got it. Very easy to assemble (about 2 hours by myself). Heats quickly and retains its heat well. Very good product.
Ordered this sauna, and it arrived 2 days later. The unit was packed and protected extremely well. Putting it together was simple, taking about a hour. It all worked first time like a charm. Liz from support called a few days later to ask how things went, and skillfully answered all questions I had about this unit.
