My wife has fibromyalgia and it works great to make her feel better. The Joyous 2 is easy to assemble and looks great. Delivery was quick and no issues. Staff was very helpful. We use it just about everyday. You know when you don't. Wish I had gotten one sooner.

My son used it first and he is hard to impress. Impressed he was! My turn. I remember using the sauna at the Y, this is soooo much better, I got out and showered and already in my Jammie's! I am already hooked. Feel so relaxed. I will use this everyday!

Everyone posting here has pretty much said it all, and I concur- good shipping method, easy entrance to the home, 3 hours, more or less to assemble, smooth, well sanded wood, no odor given off, sturdy, digital controls works like it's supposed to, all ad statements accurate, on-time delivery, courteous service, good speakers for MP3 or iPod playback. We just purchased our sauna. JNH was able to answer all the questions I had regarding saunas, size, and what was needed to get it all set up. They were very friendly, helpful and informative. My husband was able to assemble it all by himself without any trouble. We have both used it every night since we got it all set up. It's wonderful. I have had my jnh lifestyles sauna for one week and enjoy it a lot, It arrived within 5 days of my order ,a week ahead of the time . Put it together with help from friend & his wife in two hours. The lady in their support ctr. was most helpful with advise when I called . I would recommend jnh saunas to any one as a first rate product. Bill
We ordered our sauna online and appreciated JNH's great customer service. The sauna shipped the same day we ordered and was delivered within one week. It took my husband 30 minutes to assemble- quick and easy and no tools needed other than a screwdriver. The sauna heated up to desired temperature within 15 minutes and fit nicely into our small apartment. I appreciate the IPOD port and am looking forward to using it everyday for detoxification. The JNH rep told me that it will cost less than $10 a month to operate.
